By Pre-qualifying your ability to purchase a new home becomes much
faster and easier. You will have more knowledge of your buying power
and the process of securing a mortgage loan than the average buyer.

 Choose
Your Community and Floor Plan
Visit one of our model homes and a New Home Consultant will assist
you in the process of locating your perfect neighborhood and your
perfect floor plan. We pride ourselves on our flexibility so if you
have specific needs, feel free to discuss them with us.

Amenities
All our homes have many fine amenities available for you to choose
from. This is where you customize your new home to reflect your individual
taste.

 Pre-Construction
Meeting
At this meeting you will sit down with your Project Manager and thoroughly
go through your new home and the process of how it will be built.
The purpose of this meeting is for us to clarify with you all of the
details of your new home prior to construction.

 Construction
Begins
Our construction team will coordinate all contractors in the process
of constructing your new home. This is an exciting process that will
often bring many questions. You will have direct access to both your
New Home Consultant and Project Manager to keep you up to date and
answer any questions you may have.

 Home
Owner Orientation
Once your new home is complete, we will provide you with a new home
orientation where you will learn about operations, maintenance and
warranties of your new home. This is also a great opportunity for
you to ask questions and get acquainted with your Service Manager.

 Closing
Process
Within days of your new home orientation you will meet with your escrow
officer at the title company. This appointment is generally arranged
with your loan officer and the escrow officer. Once you have signed
all documentation for your home it will record within 48-72 hours,
at this time you will be a Rockford Homeowner.

 Move
In
Congratulations! Your new home is complete and ready for you to move
into and enjoy for years to come. Don't forget you have a one-year
warranty on your new home so call us anytime with questions or concerns. |
