How long has Rockford Homes been building in the Northwest?
Our company has been around since 1999 and our management team has over 80 years in combined experience in the home building industry. We are proud to ba a locally owned and operated family business building new homes for our neighbors.

Does Rockford offer a warranty on their homes?
All our new homes are backed by our Rockford Limited One-Year warranty. We also have a very proactive inspection system in place to ensure that any problems that do occur are handled in a fast and professional manner.

How flexible are your floor plan designs?
Extremely. While we need to stay within city and county building codes we offer some of the most flexible plans available. Just speak with one of our New Home Consultants and find out just how accomodating we can be. After all, it's your house. You should have a say in the design.
